SLICE - Rode this animal on January 15th and Escobar is right back in the irons this time. FLYING MON - Took a big class drop last out, and I think she may have needed it. Chandler enters her at a similar level today. I'd expect an improved performance. A pony coming back this rapidly after a good race is a good omen. Look at this pattern of improvement. 45/50/63 are the last 3 speed ratings. RISK ADJUSTED - Won her last after shipping in. I like her again. This thoroughbred could be tough in today's race, especially since Cintron rode last time around the track and now should be acquainted with this one. This filly is in nice form, having run a strong race on January 14th, finishing first. I like the fact that this filly's last rating, 66, is tops in this bunch. Ranks number one in the field in earnings per start. A powerful outing in this event can augment the lifetime bankroll.
